CEPA's Public

Economic strategy and advice
CEPA provides advice on the development and implementation of government
policy across a number of sectors and Government Departments. Our
particular emphasis is on areas where government intervention either
impacts on the private sector or where the private sector is involved
in the delivery of public services. Our consultancy services include:

Economic advice on the rationale for public
sector intervention. |

Support to Departments
on the development of policy on the delivery of public services,
the role of the private sector and PFI / PPPs. |

Strategic and economic
analysis of existing policies and project management of complex
policy development processes. |
CEPA's clients
have included: the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM), the
British Educational Communications & Technology Agency (BECTA
), the Cabinet Office and the Scottish Executive. CEPA also has a
framework contract with S-CAT for the provision of financial consultancy
advice to the UK Government. In addition, CEPA's staff also have experience
of advising senior officials in a range of UK Departments - including
the Home Office, the Department of Transport, the Strategic Rail Authority,
and the Foreign Office.
