Our staff
work across three overlapping practice areas:
Emerging
Markets
CEPA's work in Emerging Markets is largely based around the design
and implementation of different financial and other mechanisms that
enable the involvement of the private sector, either alone or in partnership
with the public sector, in the development of infrastructure and agribusiness
in low-income and emerging market countries.
Regulatory
Economics and Competition
Work within this practice area principally deals with economic, financial
and regulatory issues that are relevant to successful delivery of
infrastructure services (such as utilities and transport) mostly in
the UK and Europe.
Public
Policy and Finance
CEPA advises the UK public sector on the development and delivery
of public policy objectives and interaction with the private sector
across a variety of sectors. This practice area also covers transaction
advisory and general public-private partnerships / PFI expertise.
