Drawing on
its corporate finance and public-private partnership expertise, CEPA

private sector participation (PSP) in infrastructure sectors
of developing countries, including: (i) for profit and/or not-for-profit
structures; (ii) stakeholder governance mechanisms; (iii) output
based contracting for private sector operators. |
 |
Designing interventions
to strengthen the enabling environment and removing market failures
- efficient risk transfer mechanisms, financing / credit support,
appropriate regulatory frameworks. |
 |
Identifying and developing
financeable investment opportunities. |
 |
Designing and implementing
financing and subsidy mechanisms, such as Output Based Aid (OBA).
|
 |
