CEPA is
seeking to develop its capability to advise on health sector reform
in the UK.
CEPA's capabilities in this area include:
Advice on public private partnerships
and the Private Finance Initiative (PFI).
Finance and policy
advice on the issues arising in the from the new NHS Architecture
- including on Trust business plans and borrowing capability
and on approaches to governance and regulation.
Developing new ways
of leveraging private finance within the health sector.
